With nearly 20 years of creative marketing experience, I’ve focused on traditional as well as digital creative strategy, leading and supporting both internal and external designers and marketers. These positions have given me the opportunity to learn and apply marketing best practices in fast-paced, customer-oriented, in-house creative agencies.

Marketing Strategy

Using design-thinking processes to drive data-gathering and goal-setting, I’ve worked with marketing and corporate teams to develop creative assets and marketing plans. The five steps of the design-thinking process, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, led the creative conversation to support decision-making and provide a framework to measure success.

User-Centric Design

Working with collaborative marketing professionals, I’ve partnered, led, and developed complex integrated marketing experiences, focused on the user to develop messaging and design, meeting the consumer where they are, and connecting with them on an emotional level. Design-thinking directs my creative process to encourage collaboration and leverage data to make informed decisions for successful campaign performance.
