Audience targetting and channel optimization is critical to reaching and engaging users at the appropriate point in their journey. With my Communications partner, I worked closely with the Navitus Client Services team to identify and develop enticing and engaging materials for a diverse audience moving through a conference-like setting. Using graphics and iconography for easy-to-scan content, we provided high-level information on the front, with product details on the reverse side, to help users self-select what materials applied to them.
